After being tempted by Peter Hall’s post, I now have the Turkish Locale .as file for DRK 6 Formatting Library here. You should put the file into …\Classes\mx\format\locales folder.
BTW, DRK 6 is only available to DevNet subscribers and it will not be sold separately. It says “We do not anticipate offering DRK Volume 6 for individual sale any time in the future.
